Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  Filling out this form does NOT constitute a commitment by your company to become a lessee.  Signing-up, along with other factors (including fronting your first year's lease), just establishes ‘a place in line’ for your company to have the chance to sign-up for the leasing of space in the Entrepreneurs’ Mall^®.  When we’ve reached the critical number of customers necessary for several potential locations, leasing contracts will be offered through our sales representatives, and they are directed to offer the contracts in the order in which your customer contact information and site request has been submitted online.  Furthermore, your satisfaction is also guaranteed AFTER you sign up for leasing space in the mall.  Try it out for 90 days, and if you’re not completely satisfied, your 3 months of lease payments will be refunded without any further obligation.  Note that the nonrefundable costs which you will incur include the hiring of staff and the Build Out (architectural costs, contractor build out costs, building permits, etc.) of your leased space which will be delivered to you in Gray Box condition, and you will be responsible for hooking up all your utilities (typically gas, electric, and water). 

Signing-up means you need to complete this sign-up form, with all required information, including the top ten cities you’d like to lease space from, in order.  

Submittal of this form will help establish your company’s place in line to reserve leased space partially done on a first come, first serve basis.  But preference will be given to companies willing to put their first year’s lease in trust up front, to give The Entrepreneurs’ Mall, Inc. operating cash to commence and or continue it’s mission of creating the mall.  Essentially, by submitting this form, you have created your time and date stamp, so you should print this out for you records.
